Locked out in CT

This is my go to app for recipes and menu ideas. I find it easy to use and content is great. I like being able to save recipes and create shopping lists. I rate it highly for that.

Unfortunately I recently changed my password using a password generator and failed to save it before quitting. Im currently locked out of the app and have been unable to get any response from the forgot password link or any of the support links over the past days either on the app or website. Do these not work or does no one care? The app has a history of links not working, although - to be fair -some were fixed in the recent release.
